The apartment is a one bedroom apt. in the French quartier of the city; Recoleta.

It has a complete bathroom with a hot tub jacuzzy, and a separate shower.

An area for the kitchen with all the appliances and a working area with cable modem internet connection, a local phone line and a local cell. phone too.

A living room with a big TV, cable, DVD player and musical center to enjoy from the comfortable couch.

Air conditioning, heating. A patio. Maid service and laundry are included. Utilities are included too.

Very secure and calm area. The apt. is 20 meters from the British Embassy in Argentina.

We can also offer you airport pickup, city tours, Tango shows and classes and whatever you may need.

Rental Policy

Booking fee required to block availability equals 1/3 of the rental and it's NON REFUNDABLE if you cancel. It can be paid by bank transfer or Paypal.
Remaining rental amount to be paid at the check in, in US$ dollars and in cash.

Monthly rate will vary for long term stays starting at a minimum of 3 months.
1-2 day stay: US$100.00 per day.
Daily low/high rates starting at 3 days minimum.
