Property Details

We have taken an apartment building located in a family neighborhood and fully remodel every apartment. Our 1 & 2 bedroom Apartments are fully furnished complete with fully functional kitchens, i.e.; full refrigerator, stove with oven, all utensils, linens and even microwaves. Each unit has cable television and air conditioning. Our units can accommodate three to four adults comfortably. We are located five minutes from Isla Verde, Condado and only ten minutes from Old San Juan. We are within walking distance to the beach, shopping center and public transportation. If you book your stay with us while visiting Puerto Rico we even pick you up at the airport upon your arrival and take you back when its time to depart our little island. Because we are not located directly within a tourist area there is plenty of free parking on the street if you decide rent a car? Each unit is about 900 sq. feet.

Our Apartment building is one block south of The Baldorioty de Castro (highway 26)
People who have stayed with us have walked one short block to the bus stop and taken the A5 bus to Isla Verde, which is only a five minute ride or to Old San Juan which is about a ten minute ride. The local AMA buses charge seventy five cents, (.75), which must be exact change as the drivers do not give change, while the green trolleys that drive around in Old San Juan and Isla Verde will stop and pick up passengers when ever flagged and will drop people off where ever they want to go and the best part is that its free. We are located exactly between Condado and Isla Verde in an area called Santurce. If you stay with us, you get the real flavor of Puerto Rico from the local Colmado’s you can have a pastilles or a chichaieto pronounced “Chech-Chi-E-toe” while watching a literally watching a chicken cross the road!

Rental Policy

Rental confirmation via major credit card. Fifty percent of reservation stay charged at time of reservation

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

There are no minimum stays, no additional hidden charges only a 7% state Tax, (Unavoidable) We only require a fifty percent deposit on all reservations via major credit card.
