Luxury ocean-view villa only 1 km from the beach and minutes from downtown Samara. 2 bedrooms each with private bath, fully equipped kitchen, open dining and living area. Laundry facilities, covered patio and private secure parking. Peaceful and serene jungle setting yet close to all amenities.
Hot water showers, screened windows, alarm system and ceiling fans. 1 bedroom with matrimonial bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has ample closet space.
