Welcome to Harbor Island. Harbor Island is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, St. Helena Sound and Harbor River. The island’s waterways, with a steady flow of commercial shrimp boats,
accompanying schools of playful dolphin, and the beautiful expanses of the Lowcountry
marshes make Harbor Island an undiscovered jewel. Harbor Island has approximately 150
year-round residents, so imagine all of that beach, all to yourself! The Island also offers an
olympic size pool, kiddie pool, playground, sand volleyball, tennis courts, basketball courts,
shuffle board, workout center and of course pristine beaches. If you love to golf, you need only go 4 miles to Fripp Island. If fishing is your passion, you can shore fish, pier fish or charter a boat.

Hunting State Park , (offers hiking trails, beach, fishing pier, nature center, Light House) is located adjacent to Harbor Island and Fripp (golf) is just down the road. For
the history buffs, take a tour of Parris Island Museum, downtown Beaufort, Savannah or
Charleston. All make a great day trip. Harbor Island truly is the best kept secret on the East Coast!

14 Nautical Watch is amy 5 bedroom, well appointed home. The house offers all of the amenities of a great vacation. A well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, charcoal and electric grill, tv’s, dvd, vcr, cd player, high chair, pack-n-play, bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, roller blades, tennis , volleyball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, fitness center, playground are all included in the rental rate. Spend a day at the pristine beach, only 600 yards away, or a day at one of the 2 pools available to you as my guest. The house offers beautiful views of the marsh and St. Helena Sound and limited views of the ocean.

The house offers an open floor plan. Plenty of room in the kitchen, dining area and great room. 3 bedrooms are located on the main living area and 2 are on the top floor. Enjoy an evening on one of the 2 decks. The view of the Sound is incredible as the sun is setting in the evening. I hope you will consider my home as your next vacation destination.
