Shops, restaurants, a children's playground and the Ffestiniog steam railway station are all within 5 minutes walk; there are lovely sandy beaches at Borth y Gest (1 km) and Black Rock Sands (3 km). Superb location for touring the Snowdonia, Lleyn Peninsula & Harlech areas. NB The apartment is on the 2nd floor accessed by external steps so unsuitable for small children or the infirm.
