Villa has over 4000 sf living space wich includes four bedrooms, one bedroom has extra double bed for guests. Every bedroom has private bath with custom designed tiled walk-in showers. This new home has it all! Main floor has living room that opens to covered balconies and open deck that stretches the entire length of the house with terrific views of swaying palms and the ocean waves. Dining area with open full dining room overlooking the panoramic views. Custom kitchen with island and all the most up to date appliances. The lower level has three 3 guest bedrooms w/ full baths, each room opens to a patio and the pool area. This level also has a full laundry room. Thrid floor has private king master suite with full custum tiled walk in shower. Private sunning decks are easily access thru large "glass wall" doors. Ceiling fans in all areas, inside and out. Commercial A/C in all bedrooms. Pool has waterfall spa area & ambient lights at night. Lovely designed gardens and plantings surround the property, with custom gates and fence surround.
