STERLING STAY
Sterling Stay is a beautiful contemporary beach home with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in the main house, 1 bedroom/1 bath guesthouse, private pool, and is located on along Scenic Gulf Drive on the Emerald Coast.
This 3050 sq. ft. completely tiled main house has a lounge, gourmet kitchen, dining for 14, and a third floor Teaki Tower Room for sunset views.

There are three private suites each with king size beds and a fourth bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom, as well as the lounge, has a TV and DVD player. Wireless internet is available throughout the house. Ipod dock and outdoor poolside speakers is provided for your listening pleasure.

The private poolside Cabana offers the Cabana Blue Suite with a queen size bed, a flat screen TV/DVD, full bath, and walk-in closet. Adjacent to the suite is the Cabana Lounge with a queen sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette: microwave, coffee maker, sink, mini-frig, dishes, and dining table for 2.

Sterling Stay provides linens and towels for use within the home only. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.

* Refundable Damage Deposit Is $500 And Is Returned To You After House Cleaning/ Inspection.

You Must Be 25 Years Old To Rent.

Families and Professionals are welcome.
We do not rent to college or high school groups

Pets Fee - $100 - 30 pounds maximum weight.
Pool Heating - $30 per day

Please know that Sterling Stay Beach House is in pristine condition. We rent to families and professionals who are minimum 25 years of age who will care for and respect our property by leaving it in the same condition as found upon arrival. We do not rent to college or high school groups.

AREA INFORMATION:
THE BEACH
Sterling Stay is located directly down the street from the Crystal Beach access. Walk out the door, turn right, walk past five houses and in less than one minute you will be standing on the beautiful white sands of the Emerald Coast.

RECREATION
Destin offers exciting water activities: snorkeling, parasailing, sunset cruises, glass bottom boat excursions, dolphin watching, and scuba diving. The Big Kahuna Water Park is another favorite family attraction. An abundance of golf courses are also conveniently located in and around Destin.

DINING
Casual and fine dining is within walking distance at Camille's Restaurant or at the Crystal Beach Inn. There are many other restaurants along Scenic Gulf Drive such as The Crab Trap, Captain Dave's or Pompano Joe's where you can enjoy fresh seafood for lunch or dinner. Many of the restaurants have outdoor decks for enjoying beach views and a Gulf breeze as you dine.

SHOPPING
The Destin Commons shopping area is less than a mile away and has the 14 screen Rave Theatre, Hard Rock Cafe, Bass Pro Shop, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Build-a-Bear Workshop, and many exclusive specialty shops as well as several major department stores.
The Silver Sands Outlet Mall located within 3 miles and provides another excellent opportunity for shopping for brand name merchandise.
