It sits on a 5 acre parcel with a drilled well & comes with all the amenities. This executive cottage is a project in progress & is situated on top of a hill overlooking South Lake surrounded by 5 acres of beautiful trees and scenic forest. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and a beautiful big lake view from the dock.
Paddle boat and floating raft included for your enjoyment.

Rental Policy

South Lake sleeps 6-8 $2000.00 per week

Maximum Occupancy: 6-8 persons . Saturday to Saturday.
Check - in: 5 p.m. Check-out: 12 noon

Minimum Stay 7 days, 6 Nights Weekly Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.
Damage waiver required please inquire.
No refunds 50% upon committment-the remainder 30 days before rental starts
