This was our family home, and the social gathering place for many friends over the years. "The Lakeshore" has a special feel that people love. Your month will fly by in this paradise! * Lake Osoyoos is the warmest lake in Canada. In summer there is boating, swimming, fishing and other water sports right out your back door. Fresh, local cherries, peaches, apricots, pears, apples, vineyards and an abundance of locally grown vegetables make this a tourist family mecca. During the off season, our little community enjoys concerts, curling, shopping locally and in the USA (just 10 minutes away.) There's great snow skiing only 30 minutes from your door! * This year you can have it all! Water sports, wine tours, free paintballs, go-karts, horse-back riding, museums, abundant fresh fruits and vegetables, shopping, skiing, and more. * No Osoyoos Canada hotel can offer these amenities, plus views in 2 directions, at this low price. * July-Labour Day: $5,800/month for 5 persons. * Sept-June: $695/month + utilities for stays of 3 months or more. $795/month + utilities for 1-2 months.

Rental Policies

One half rent secures reservation. Last half and damage deposit due upon arrival. (We've never kept a damage deposit yet.)
References required.

Minimum 1 month rental. Arrival times are flexible.
