Coming to Hawaii sometime in the future? Do you want to spend over 1200 dollars a week to stay in a crowded hotel ? If not, and you'd like to spend your vacation time in a remote, uncrowded, beautiful custom built home in kapoho, Home of the kapoho tidepools, or wai opea marine sanctuary, the please, take a good look at this ad.

Our home was built and completed in Sept 07. Now, this year for the first time we are using our home as a vacation rental.

Our home is 2300 sq ft. large open beam vaulted construction with tounge and groove pine ceilings. We have a full kitchen, three bedrooms, master has a private bath with a jacuzzi bath tub.

There's a large towering cuppla over the livingroom area,
We have all tile floors, ceiling fans in all rooms, outside wrap around walkways leading to a large covered by the roof lanai with a nice ocean view.

We even have a large two car garage. Handicap stairs leading up to our house, we're on pure hawaiian well water, not catchment.

Our home is about a block from the ocean, and about a five minute walk to the kapoho tidepools.

Our title seems like a touristy area, but please don't let the title fool you. Here in vacationland what you won't find are large tourist crowds, traffic, and there isn't a hotel around for miles.

The tidepools are so wonderful. Loaded with all kinds of marine and coral life. Plus there one heck of alot of them. safe for the family, volcanically heated.

Our home is minutes to kalapana black sands beach, kehena black sands beach, kalapana lava viewing area, volcano national park is about an hour, and of course we are about 10 minutes from our small Hawaiian town of Pahoa.

Again, since I own this home, we can offer incredible weekly rates, and terms. So don't pass us over before you at least check us out.

We'd rather lower the rates and keep the house occupied, than raise the rates and let the house sit empty. You might also note our rates, as I said are way less expensive than the competition. there's no gimmicks, and no compromise on this house. It's gorgeous.

Rental Policy

No smoking in house, no pets. will rent up to six persons, no security deposit required. 200 dollars holds you vacation rental dates. One half vacation rent to be paid two weeks prior to travel. Includes 200 deposit for holding. Balance paid to our friend and property manager Winston Churchill, really, at 808-960-1926. No worries, winston is a licensed real estate salesman with remax properties of Hilo. He will greet you at the house and give you the keys.
We do have a 75 dollar cleaning fee, that you can personally write a check to our cleaning lady for.

Arrival Times

not set in stone, but somewheres in the early afternoon seems to be the norm. Gives us time to get the house clean that day.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

We do prefer a minimum stay of one week. You have read the deposit requirements above. At this time, to attract you to our home, and make terms so affordable, we, until we have to change policy, will forgo any security deposits. just ask that everyone respects and takes good care of our new home. This could be your new vacation home. It's even better in person.
