This newly built post and beam cottage is in secluded wooded area wth both view of the cove and access to it. Great cove for both the novice kayaker and the more experienced kayaker who wants to venture out to deep ocean. Located in Deer Isle, Maine.

Located in the middle of the Island. Deer Isle Stonington is connected by both bridge and causeway and is 1 1/2 hours from Bar Harbor or Bangor. This is a classic fishing community which welcomes vacationers and prime vacation season is July and August. Many choose to come in June, September and October to avoid the crowds although this Island is still somewhat undiscovered as compared to Bar Harbor. It is very few that visit once and do not return. The upstairs large bedroom has been separated by a partial wall to provide privacy and a second sleeping area. There is a deck attached with a swing Great viewings of Heron early in the morning. Many different species of birds have been sited. Dial up internet available. Many windows to enhance the view. This cottage is fuly winterized including woodstove for year round vacationing needs. One queen sized bed in main part of bedroom, behind wall is a 3/4 day bed and a twin bed. Down stair in the living room is a pull out futon couch that can be used as a sleeping area. Rental Policy

For one week Full deposit, cleaning fee and sales tax required. For two or more weeks 1/2 of total lease required to reserve balance due on arrival.
$300.00 Security Deposit. $90.00 cleaning fee unless linens are brought then $60.00. Cleaning fee with pet $100 total. Pets with approval

4:00 pm departure 10:00 am with some exceptions

Two week rental$750.00/week
Weekend rentals (three night minimum) available in all months other then July and August. 7% sales tax, cleaning fees,
