We have added many amenities to make our Kauai vacation rental condo family friendly as well as a luxury vacation getaway. The first-class décor includes many extras to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. and is a fully-stocked retreat for families or for couples traveling together. As a fun family vacation or a serene, romantic getaway for two couples, our guests can experience a luxurious Kauai vacation that is truly a fantastic travel deal.

The kitchen is top-of-the-line with granite countertops, a Sub-Zero refrigerator with ice-maker, a Wolf cook-top and convection oven, a Fisher-Paykel double drawer dishwasher and a General Electric microwave oven. There is also a complete set of appliances such as a coffee-maker, rice-cooker, toaster, and blender as well as complete sets of cookware, dishes, and tableware. Most of our guests save hundreds of dollars by preparing one or more meals in our gourmet kitchen and making lunches for daily outings. If you have ever watched your children take one bite and leave the rest of a $14 hotel breakfast, you will appreciate that a condo vacation will save you money.

Our Kauai vacation condo is a fourth-floor Penthouse with two master bedroom suites, one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed. With the sleeper- sofa in the living room, the condo accommodates six people. A third full bathroom is accessible from the entry hallway and from one of the master bedrooms. Warm Indonesian woods were used for cabinetry and trim, while the floors feature Peruvian travertine stone. All windows have blackout drapes and each room is equipped with a ceiling fan. For those who prefer it the condo has central Air Conditioning. There are three walk-out lanais; one is a large outside dining area. The condo overlooks the pool and garden areas and one of the bedrooms has some ocean view. You can lie in bed and watch the surf! You can enjoy sounds of the surf from any room.

The Deluxe Resort:
This Kauai resort is situated on a gorgeous sandy beach. A 2-acre lazy-flow river pool winds through a tropical landscape complete with waterfalls.It also features two water slides, a sand-bottom pool for young children, a "secret" grotto, and three whirlpool spas. A beachfront bar serves the beach and the pool with drinks, soft drinks, burgers, gourmet sandwiches, and snacks. It features live music in the evening.

Body care and restorative massage as well as exclusive products for skin and hair care are available from a full-service Aveda Salon and Spa.

At the Resort, you hear only the surf and the laughter from the pool, yet you are conveniently near the Lihue International Airport, about 15 minutes away. Across the road from the condominium are a supermarket, a natural foods store, a large drug store, restaurants, and many shops. The Coconut Marketplace (shops, restaurants, and a nightclub with live music nightly) is walking distance and the center of Kapaa, where you can experience gourmet dining; delicious affordable hangout cafes; and first-class shopping, is a five minute drive away.

You can travel to the lush North Shore (Princeville and Hanalei) in less than 30 minutes and to the beaches of Haena, and Ke'e and the trailhead of the Kalalau trail in 40 minutes. In the other direction, the popular snorkeling beaches of sunny Poipu are also less than 30 minutes away. A new coastal bike and pedestrian path provides scenic exercise along the Eastside of the island.

Rental Policy

Clean linens and bath and pool towels are supplied with the unit. There is a washer/dryer in the condo. Daily housekeeping with linen change-out is not included. If requested, housekeeping with linen change-out is available for $65 per day.
The entire condo complex is a non-smoking area.
Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.
No pets are allowed. Licensed companion and guide animals are permitted

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Deep Discount Special: $2500 for 10 Nights Including Tax and Cleaning
Ten nights only: December 9 through December 18, 2009
This is a $720 savings over the already discounted rates!

Holiday Season: December 12, 2009 through January 15, 2010
$325 per night (7 night minimum), $2200 per week , $8500 per month

Peak Season: January 16, 2010 through April 30, 2010
$300 per night (3 night minumun)
$2000 per week, $8000 per month

Summer Season: May 1, 2010 through September 6, 2010
$275 per night (3 night minimum) , $1900 per week, $7500 per month

Fall Season: September 6, 2010 through December 11, 2010
$260 per night (3 night minimum), $1800 per week, $7000 per month

A Non-refundable Deposit of 25% of the Total Rental Cost (number of nights times the rental rate plus the Clean-out Fee plus Hawaii tax) is required to confirm a booking. Payment must be made by credit card or other means through PayPal.

There is a mandatory Clean-out fee of $150, for cleaning upon departure.

A Refundable Security Deposit of $500 will be charged. This will be refunded in full upon inspection after departure.

The remaining balance (75%) plus the Refundable Security Deposit must be paid no later than sixty (60) days prior to check-in.

Cancellations of less than 30 days prior to check-in will forfeit 50% of the Total Rental Amount (Number of nights times rental rate).
