Located in a private, gated development off the Blue Ridge Parkway less than 15 minutes north of downtown Blowing Rock, the nation's oldest resort town with its quaint shops and restaurants, and less than 15 minutes east of downtown Boone, home to Appalacian State University (ASU), you will be close to the best in shopping and dining as well as less than 15 minutes from Tweetsie Railroad, 30 minutes to Grandfather Mountain, just 20 to 45 minutes to all 4 major ski resorts in the area and close to all other High Country attractions!

With over 5,000 square feet of heated living space, you will find plenty of lounging space for the family with four covered decks and two fireplaces. The home is expansive, yet still surprisingly cozy. On the main floor you will find a gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances, huge Blue Ridge mountain views and a private breakfast nook. A large two story great room with flat screen TV and pool table awaits your late-night family fun and an oversized dining room table will make those family dinners memorable and ever-lasting. Also on the Main floor is an oversized master suite complete with sitting room, jetted tub surrounded by marble, marble-enclosed shower and a cozy fireplace with perfect space for two. A guest bedroom is also located on the main floor with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Upstairs are 4 more full bedrooms with two more full bathrooms including a 2nd master suite and two covered decks to take in the tremendous mountain views.
