This spacious, 3700 sq. ft. home is located in the perfect vacation spot. Great oceanfront location and multiple decks, including one on the rooftop. Gigantic 3 sided river rock fireplace, along with a pool table, Jacuzzi, and all the amenities make this the ideal vacation home for those looking to relax. Commercial style kitchen with granite countertops, sunken wet bar with under counter refrigerator, and a marble master bathroom are some of the features of this former model home. Glassed ocean side and ocean views from each of the 4 bedrooms are THE place to whale watch and see the beautiful sunsets on the Oregon Coast. There is no other home like this one. Located a short walk from the Chinook Winds Indian Casino. Minutes away from two exciting 18 hole golf courses (Lakeside and Salishan). This large spacious home sleeps up to 12 people comfortably and is a welcoming house for family gatherings.

Rental Policy

If we can fill the time you have reserved, your deposit will be refunded. If all or part of the time is not re-booked, the 50% deposit will pay for that unused time; any difference would then be refunded minus $100 cancellation fee.

For your comfort, this is a non-smoking home. Sorry, no pets. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Arrival Times

Check-in is 4pm. check-out is 11am.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

All reservations will be charged $25 per person/per night over 12 people, $250 non-refundable cleaning fee, $500 refundable security deposit, 9.5% Lincoln City Room Tax, and 1% State Lodging Tax.

We require 50% of total nights stay to hold the reservation. The remaining 50% of total nights stay + tax + $250 non-refundable security deposit + $225 refundable security deposit are due 30 days prior to your arrival.
