A beautiful, log home in the desirable Winter Park Highlands is the perfect vacation rental for your family. Summer or winter, the quiet seclusion of this property makes a car a must. Located off a well maintained county road (in winter, four wheel drive is suggested), this home sleeps 12 people with 2 kings, 1 queen, (2) twin bunks, and a queen sofa sleeper.

There is a large open kitchen, a washer/dryer, satellite TV, and a pool table in the lower level. Sit in the large living room and look out to the natural world. You may even see a moose wander by.

Rental Policy

Rental Policies: 50% deposit required to reserve your vacation rental. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and checks.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation for any reason more than 60 days of your arrival, you will receive a refund minus 20% of the gross rental amount. If you cancel with less than 60 days to your arrival date and we are able to re-book your dates, you will receive a full refund minus 20% of your gross rental amount. If we are unable to rebook your property for the same dates, you will forfeit your entire deposit amount.

We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance through a reputable company such as Travel Guard for unforeseen acts of nature/God. Please read description of Policy coverages carefully before purchasing travel insurance.
