The first floor has living areas and a powder room. The second floor has three bedrooms, and the third floor has a master bedroom with balcony. Each bedroom has its own bath. The first floor has a screen porch with eating area, the second floor has a deck.

Each Duneside Villa includes: free parking, screened porch, deck, free access to a community pool, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community.

Rental Policy

Rental Policies: 50% deposit required to reserve your vacation rental. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and checks.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation for any reason more than 60 days of your arrival, you will receive a refund minus 20% of the gross rental amount. If you cancel with less than 60 days to your arrival date and we are able to re-book your dates, you will receive a full refund minus 20% of your gross rental amount. If we are unable to rebook your property for the same dates, you will forfeit your entire deposit amount.

We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance through a reputable company such as Travel Guard for unforeseen acts of nature/God. Please read description of Policy coverages carefully before purchasing travel insurance.
