Located on Pintail Pond, with a private pool and bike path to the beach just a few yards away, this home features wheelchair ramp access, ceiling fans in every room, high ceilings, hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace, a large deck, a sunroom, a gourmet kitchen, an intercom system, two gas fireplaces, wireless internet access, a gameroom with billiard table, and a swimming pool! With six bedrooms and five baths, this home accommodates up to 14 guests. Square Feet: 4800

FIRST FLOOR: The first-floor Master suite is furnished with a King bed and has a gas fireplace, access to the deck and pool area, a TV, and a private bath with a whirlpool tub and separate stall shower. Another bedroom has a daybed and trundle bed with a private bath. A third bedroom with two Twin beds connects to the full hall bath with a garden tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and has access to the deck and a private bath which is wheelchair accessible.

SECOND FLOOR: A second-floor bedroom has two Twin beds, and shares the hall bath with an upstairs Master suite which is furnished with a King bed. The two upstairs bedrooms sit on either side of a large game room with a large wall mounted flat panel television viewable from the pool table and from a small sitting area just in front of it.

Rental Policy

Rental Policies: 50% deposit required to reserve your vacation rental. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and checks.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation for any reason more than 60 days of your arrival, you will receive a refund minus 20% of the gross rental amount. If you cancel with less than 60 days to your arrival date and we are able to re-book your dates, you will receive a full refund minus 20% of your gross rental amount. If we are unable to rebook your property for the same dates, you will forfeit your entire deposit amount.

We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance through a reputable company such as Travel Guard for unforeseen acts of nature/God. Please read description of Policy coverages carefully before purchasing travel insurance.
