We have complete furnished places, from a cozy Palapa for two to a 130 sq meter ( 1,500 sq feet for the metric impaired ) Bungalow with an open fireplace.
Every lodging has a nice patio for the breakfast in the morning sun. The comfortable furnishing is Mexican Equipales, the bed rooms have 2 beds with excellent orthopedic mattresses and can be pushed together to make one big bed. There is a real kitchen and not a kitchenette at every place and beside the Palapas, there is an air condition at every lodging.
Usually, it is not needed since we have even in the summertime very comfortable temperatures. It is a desert climate with warm (mid to upper 80th) but dry days and cool nights (lower to mid 60th).
The beach is great for swimming and has no undertow. Great fishing from the shore and lot's of butter clams to collect for dinner.
We also have kayaks, a fishing boat (Panga), a 28 feet Herreshoff H28FG sloop sail boat and a MacGregor 26X motor sailor.
For guests who can drive a stick shift, we will have a free car to roam around and for the bigger family a 7 seater van.

At this listing form is about smoking only the option yes or no. Yes, we don't mind if you smoke, but only outside please. All lodgings are smoke free!

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

All our proceeds are donated to our local charities. We are registered with one week rental and after this time it is pro rated.
We have lovely Palapas for two for only $ 250.00 Dollar plus tax for the whole week and if you like a big 2 bed room bungalow with open fire place and tiled patio, it is only $ 490.00 plus tax for the whole week.
If you can bring something for our charities along, the Red Cross, Orphanage, Caritas and the Old Folks home, it will be greatly appreciated. But just visiting us is a nice help already.
