With five bedrooms and 4.5 baths, this home accommodates up to 19 guests. Square Feet: 4100

FIRST FLOOR: The Living room and Sitting room each have a sleeper sofa. The first-floor Master bedroom has a King bed and a private bath. A bedroom with a Double bed has a private bath. Another bedroom, furnished with a Queen bed, shares a bath with a bedroom equipped with two Twin beds and a Trundle.

SECOND FLOOR: The second-floor Master bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and a sleeper sofa and has a private bath.
Each home includes: free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service.

Rental Policy

Rental Policies: 50% deposit required to reserve your vacation rental. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and checks.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation for any reason more than 60 days of your arrival, you will receive a refund minus 20% of the gross rental amount. If you cancel with less than 60 days to your arrival date and we are able to re-book your dates, you will receive a full refund minus 20% of your gross rental amount. If we are unable to rebook your property for the same dates, you will forfeit your entire deposit amount.

We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance through a reputable company such as Travel Guard for unforeseen acts of nature/God. Please read description of Policy coverages carefully before purchasing travel insurance.
