This apartment is located within 200 feet or so, of a very beautiful and little known beach at Burgeaux Bay. Includes a nice day view and a nice night view with great sunsets! All VISIBLE FROM THE TERRACE.

The apartment features four (4) air-conditioned bedrooms, and one (1) air-conditioner for the Kitchen, living and dining rooms. Two (2) bathrooms, television, VCR, stereo, recently upgraded tropical furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy al fresco dining on two large balconies, or inside in the dining area.

You are only minutes away from a number of of gourmet restaurants and all the great nightlife on the Dutch side of the island, including the best shops, casinos and night clubs.

The villas is within a few minutes walk to all the great night life and restaurants in Maho Plaza and is a two minute drive from the international airport.

We are located in the Beacon Hill area of St. Maarten. Very near the Maho resort, Mullet bay, SunSet Beach Bar and shopping

Apartment comes with maid services (I pay, you tip), fully equipped kitchen (newly remodeled) TV, Cable, Sound System, 5 A/C units, full size laundry room with washer and dryer

Weekly rates - 15th December - 14th of April

FOR WEEKLY RENTALS: $300.00 refundable deposit is required and payment in full is required 45 days before scheduled arrival date

LONG TERM RATES ((First month, Last Month in Advance and Deposit equal to one month required for LONG TERM RENTALS!)

1st OPTION long term rental rate of ONLY $2,800.00 per month

2nd OPTION, $2,600 per month for renting the apartment for a period of 25 months or greater
