We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT- A damage deposit of $700 is required. The deposit is not applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided there is no damage to the home.
PAYMENT – An advance deposit payment equal to 50% of the total amount is required with the signed rental agreement. The advance payment will be applied toward the resort home rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, cashier’s checks or personal checks payable to M&M Enterprises. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The balance is due Thirty (30) days before your arrival date for non-holiday rentals, and sixty (60) days prior to arrival date for reservations during Holiday periods.
CANCELLATIONS: A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation of non-holiday reservations and sixty (60) day notice is required for Holiday reservations. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) or sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 20% Cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 30 days of the arrival date (60 days for holiday reservations), will forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. If the property is re-rented, payment will be refunded, less the 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately. See item number twenty (20) of this contract.
MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.
