Arabelle Apartments is a boutique apartment building featuring 11 fully furnished one-bedroom suites.

All of our rooms are bright and spacious, and combine modern furnishings with the warmth and charm of original hardwood floors and character cove ceilings. Specifically designed for extended stays, each suite has its own bedroom, living room, bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen — all you need to do is bring the food!

Whether you’re staying for business or pleasure, our accommodations are sure to meet your needs for comfort, quality, taste, and price.

Rental Policy

Price Guarantee. Find a lower advertised price from any local competitor with the same amenities, and we'll gladly beat their price by 10% of the difference.

Cancellation Policy: If you would like to change your committed arrangement, we require a minimum of 30 days' notice. Deposits and/or rent obligations are non-refundable if less than 30 days' notice is provided. Please keep this in mind before you book your suite and also during your stay.

Security Deposit upon arrival: Either a cash deposit or a signed, imprint of your credit card for 50% of the first month's rental will be taken upon arrival. This is to cover costs in the event of damage to our property, or to cover your last month's rent in the event that proper notice was not given. We expect to hand the suite over to you in excellent condition. If there is any damage, or any problem with the functioning of your suite in any way that you notice, please notify us within 48 hours of your taking possession.
