Don't let the gated part fool you though because this is a very natural setting and the developers have gone to great extent to keep it totally natural! This cabin is brand new and waiting for you to enjoy the peaceful Smoky Mountain nights!

Rental Policies

Pet fee is non refundable is 75.00
Cancellation Policy:We understand that there may be times when you may need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
30 Days prior to the date you are due in you will receive all deposit's back minus $30.00 plus tax.
Cancellations within 30 days of check in will result in a full loss of your deposit.
Deposits on Cabins:
When booking a cabin we require half of the subtotal before taxes at the time of booking on any major credit card. Please call one of our reservationists to discuss other payment methods.
