Quiet retreat among old growth forest, secluded cabin with hot tub under the trees. Beautiful surroundings with comfortable beds make this cabin such a special cozy get-a-way. Located just a half mile from Mt Rainier National Park gate to Longmire.

Property Details

This cozy cabin fronts over 500 acres of National Forest property. But with road frontage it is easily accessible year round. Located a half mile to Mt Rainier National Park, on the main route 706 E to Longmire and Paradise.
The cabin has three sleeping quarters with luxurious linens on two queen beds, two single beds, plus one full size futon with memory foam mattress located in the living room area. Each bed has electric warming blankets, soft cozy blankets and either a quilt or down comforter.
There is a full kitchen with range, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and all utensils needed for cooking/baking. Dining table seats up to 8 persons with the leaf added.
The main focus of the living room is the beautiful old stone fireplace. Also included is a flat screen tv with DVD/VCR and selection of DVD's and videos numbering nearly two hundred titles to choose from. There are several board games for additional entertainment.
Outide, there is a hot tub under the trees, a cedar railed deck for lounging on, two picnic tables, smoker/bbq, cedar slab dart board, horse shoes and pit, and a marshmellow roasting pit.
Complimentary hot chocolate, tea, cider, coffee, condiments, soap, shampoo, conditioner & lotion.

Rental Policy

CABIN RENTAL POLICIES

Check in time: 4pm or later
Check out time: before 12:00 Noon

*Your reservation confirmation is your contract. Notify us immediately if there are any changes needed.

Please make sure to check out by your contracted time as a courtesy to the next person checking in and our cleaning staff. Late departures will incur a $250.00 late departure fee.

NO PETS:

Due to the comfort of all our guests, and the native wildlife, we have a strict no pets policy, inside or outside the cabin. We do not allow dogs of any kind. Please respect this rule. Otherwise, you will be required to vacate immediately without a refund.

SMOKING POLICY:

No smoking in the cabin, hot tub or on the deck. Because we are surrounded by natural forest and old growth timber, please take care to only smoke on the concrete areas, or at the marshmallow roasting pit, and carefully dispose of the used cigarette butts.

CHILDREN:

Due to some of the loft type sleeping quarters with open staircases, this cabin may not be suitable for very young children.

CANCELLATIONS:

• To receive a full refund, cancel up to 1 month prior to reserve date check in time.
• There will be a $50 fee if cancelled less than 1 month but greater than 2 weeks from check in time/date.
• There will be a $200 fee is cancelled less than 2 weeks from check in time/date.
• No refunds for cancellations after check in time of reserved date.
• No refunds for early departure, or for power outages.

Check in after 4 pm ~ Check out before noon

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

This cabin has a two night minimum stay requirement, with three night minimum stays required for some holidays.

Sales and lodging tax is extra.
