~Casa de Julia~ is a 1000 square foot lower flat in a victorian building built in 1902. We are in the Noe Valley neighborhood of San Francisco that is known for being child friendly, safe and a great walking area.

Property Details

We have a lovely 1902 Victorian lower flat that is
charming, cozy and in the lovely neighborhood of Noe Valley. This is a wonderful place for couples, singles & families. It has something for everyone. The flat is very comfortable and easy to live in. We have 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed as well as a daybed with trundle that can sleep two. Towels and bed linens are all provided and the flat is nicely decorated.

We are family friendly and love children of all ages. ;)

All utilities are provided as well as pots, pans, coffee maker, hair dryer, toilet paper, paper towels, eating utensils, dishes, cups, glasses, etc... We also have a 37' flat screen television with digital cable featuring HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Starz Encore and free WIFI. Please look at our pictures to see how comfortable and cozy the flat is. You will be snug as a bug in a rug!

Noe Valley is a great walking neighborhood and our flat is located only 3 blocks walk to the main street in Noe Valley, which is 24th Street. Here you will find shops, restaurants, cafe's, bakeries, Whole Foods, bank, coffee shops, shopping... it's a great place to grab a coffe, a bite or do some shopping!

Rental Policy

$100.00 cleaning fee required for all stays, 5 night minimum stay & fully refundable security deposit for all stays. We do not have private parking, but we are in a residential neighborhood that has free parking with no parking meter, no 2 hour parking time limits and no 4-6pm tow away zones-just good old fashioned street parking & it's FREE! ;0)

check in at 3pm, check out by 10:30am.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Winter Special 2012:
January 13, 2012 to March 31, 2012:
$185.00 per night
$1125.00 per week
$25 cleaning fee charged during this period. Valid for 4 or less, more than 4 pays extra $5 per night, per person. Requires 3 night minimum to receive this price.

2012 Spring & Summer:
April 1, 2012 to September 6, 2012:
$205.00 per night
$1300 per week
$100 cleaning fee
$5200 per month
5 night minimum

Monthly rental is 28 nights or more.
All stays regardless of how long or short will need to put down a $300.00 fully refundable security deposit or pay a non refundable damage waiver fee of $39.00.
