2 Bedroom house in quiet neighborhood, full kitchen, 2 bath (1 tub), fully furnished. Enjoy the evening with a furnished BBQ, sit by the wood fire in the portable fire pit, or read a book from the great selection on hand including one written by the owner. A great location to see the many great sites in Arizona including spring baseball(my favorite)! Rent for three nights, get the 4th free.

Rental Policy

No smoking. Pets considered on case-by-case basis- deposit required if you have a pet. Not a party house, quiet neighborhood with great neighbors (we want to keep it that way). Maximum 5 people (2 queen beds, 1 couch in house).
