Rental Policy

*Payment of the night must be paid in advance before 11 AM
*Please note you will be asked how long your stay will be. Note that we will be reserving your room to other customers from the date you said you are leaving. We will reserve the room upon payment only until decides date. Please inform the reception with any change of your plans.
*Laundry Services is available at the reception. *Wash and Dry for $8 per load.
*At check out please return the Key, towels, a/c control and TV remote to the reception.
*Free towels can be obtained at the reception with $10 deposit for 2 towels.
*Cleaning of an occupied room will be made upon the customers request only. From 7 am to 2 pm.
*Kids without adult supervision are not allowed at the pool area.
*Please turn the A/C off when you leave the room and keep things as they were so we can keep our prices low.
*Pets are not allowed inside the room or the pool area.
*Please keep the noise down and respect the other guests after 9PM.
*Phone rates if called directly from the phone are c 100 per minute for local calls. You can use calling card for free. Must dial 9 in order to get a line out or 11 for reception.
*Swimming pool time 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
*No Smoking in the rooms.
