Downstairs is a large Living Room w/vaulted ceiling, gourmet Kitchen w/Dining Area, a large screened in porch offering a west view, and two Bedrooms with two Baths. Upstairs is a Loft office area with an east open deck, a second west open deck overlooking the Caribbean and the beach, a Master Bedroom and Bathroom. The condo is fully equipped with all that is needed for your stay. Just bring your family and enjoy the amenities of this private estate that includes an expansive private beach, 2 tennis courts, putting green, large swimming pool and of course, all of this a few steps away from the condo. Comfortably accomodating up to six guests, Edgewater at Gentle Winds offers excellent value for your vacation dollar. You will truly love our Virgin Island vacation rental.

Rental Policy

Rates are base on a per week basis, and as per the number of guests.
Five days minimum stay.
High season is mid-December to mid-April.
Low season is Mid-April to mid-December.
1-2 guests: High Season $2450/wk Low Season $1500/wk
3-4 guests: High Season $2650/wk Low Season $1800/wk
5-6 guests: High Season $3000/wk Low Season $2000/wk
HOLIDAY SEASON $3000/wk


Virgin Islands Hotel Tax: 8.0%
