Step off the property and you are on the Strand (a 20 mile path along the Pacific Ocean from Redondo Beach to Santa Monica) walk across the Strand and
you are on the Sand. You can Relax on the Beach or on the property's Strand Deck; or be active and Surf or Play Beach Vollley Ball (right in front of the condo); or you can Walk, Run, Bike Ride, or Roller Blade the Strand....it's all right there, directly out your front door.

This Condo is clean, nicely furnished (with 2 queen beds and a desk for your business) and it sleeps up to 5. It has a 2 Car Garage, a Washer/Dryer inside the condo, as well as a Dishwasher, Microwave, Fireplace, R/O Drinking water system, and a Fully Supplied Kitchen. It also has a HD Flat Screen TV, DVR, DVD, Complete Stereo System, High Speed Internet Access and WiFi. All linens provided.

* It is an 8 min walk to Pier Ave (downtown Hermosa) where there are plenty of Restaurants, Shops, Specialty Stores, and Bars. The Comedy and Magic Club (where Jay Leno performs most Sundays) is a 7 min walk.
* In the opposite direction you can Boat, Sail, Jet Ski, Kayak or go Deep Sea Fishing from King Harbor (which is a 5 minute walk to get to the Marina Office). As you walk further you can enjoy plenty of Restaurants, Gyms, Shops, etc. in Redondo Beach
* There is an Italian Deli/Mini Market 1/2 block away from the Condo, as well as a Sushi Restaurant, a Health Food Restaurant, and a Breakfast/Coffee Cafe a block away.

This Condo is an Upper Beachfront unit in a 6 condo complex. It is private (no one on the Strand can look in because you are one story above it) and it is quiet because it is located away from the garage and the carport (so you don't hear people coming and going).

Rental Policy

All occupants must be in contract. Ask about policy.
Will consider small dog with extra cleaning fee and security deposit.

Arrival Times

Check in 3:30 pm, Check out 11:00 am. (Can be flexible if available).

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Minimum stay of 4 nights (if available can accommodate 3 night stay). Price range due to high/low seasons and availability.
Refundable $1,400 security deposit. Cleaning fee of $125.
