If your looking for a quiet, relaxing place to get away for a week or a weekend... this is the place!

The cottage is located in a small, quiet water-front community in Montross Virginia about 100 yards from the water! Its a great place for families with kids and a boat! The town is surrounded by many historical sites, such as Washingtons, General Lee's Birth Place. There are many tours that can be taken through those old homes or tours through historic vinards! There is antique shopping in the area to remember your trip through the Northern Neck!

Glebe Cottage is fully furnished for comfort! There are two queen sized beds and a full sized bed. There is a tv, dvd player and on request a playstation 2 with sport games! There is a pool table in the game room and yes there is a golf cart for you to use around the community. All you need to bring is food, clothes and yourselves! Get ready to sit back and enjoy the warm weather on one of the prettiest decks in the area. Plenty of privacy!

The community also features tennis courts, basketball courts, swimming pool, play ground and access to the private beaches! Did I metion that the boat ramp is right around the corner from the cottage? Well it is right around the corner!

Rental Policy

This is a NON SMOKING unit.

A damage/reservation deposit of $300 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.

Rates do not include the one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.

While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring beach towels.

Arrival Times

CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST. NO Early Check-in or late check-out.

Winter rates: Oct 1st - March 31st
Weekend $325.00
Weekly $550.00

Summer Rates: April 1st - Sept 31st
Weekend $5250.00
Weekly $725.00

All rentals are subject to a $50.00 sheet and towel service, unless you requested that you will provide your own.
