- Queen size bed in Master bedroom, two twin beds in second bedroom & couch in living room pulls out (queen size bed) . there is also a delux air matress cot w\frame .. Condo sleeps seven adults.

The condo is professionaly prepared \ cleaned for your arrival .. clean linnens for all the beds as well as & towels, dishcloths etc.

Rental Policy

I would like to mention the policies for all who stay at our condo ..

* We only rent to people we trust and consider friends
* Cancellation within 45 days of arrival normally means a loss of deposit.
* Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside the unit, even in the bathrooms. Feel free to smoke outside on the terasse.
* Sorry, pets are not allowed.
* Check-in time is 4:00 pm, check-out is 11:00 a.m. We can often be flexible on check-in/check-out times, but please confirm with us first.
* Cleaning service is supplied before and after your stay, there is no daily maid service. Cleaning service does not include washing and putting away kitchen items that you use - please clean up accordingly.
* You are responsible for any damage done to the condo (normal wear and tear excluded), and we reserve the right to request a damage deposit.
* In respect of other guests, we insist on no excessive noise or objectionable behavior. Failure to respect this can lead to the termination of your stay with no refund.
