Payment Policy
A 1/3 deposit is required to confirm your reservation with Alaska Vacation Packages and is due within 10 days of your initial booking. The second 1/3 is due 120 days from the date of your stay, and the final 1/3 is due 90 days from the date of your stay. Please note that there is a 5% borough bed tax that will be added to your invoice.
Security Deposit
A $500.00 Cleaning and Damage deposit is required on your MC, VISA or Discover card upon arrival for bookings made in both the Wolverine Lake Chalet and the Motor Home Packages. Inspections will be made prior to your departure. Driver of the motor home must be at least 25 years of age.
Alaska Vacation Packages will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury to person or property, however caused, or for any cancellations or delays due to weather or transportation problems.
You must have a current VISA, MASTER CARD, or DISCOVER CARD, ON YOU, when you arrive in Alaska to be used as security. No exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
We cannot issue refunds due to the nature of our business and limited availability, but we will be happy to extend you full credit towards a stay at a later time.
