Sleeps 4(including children). Fully furnished apartment with queen size bed in master and the living room has a sleeper sofa. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, espresso maker, toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator, spoons, forks, knives, cups, you name it. Just bring your clothes and you'll be set. With a huge walk-in closet for all those clothes. Includes fantastic pool (see picture), private gym, valet parking, magnificent lobby, and a short walking distance from restaurants and shoppes, also included is a private beach for resident guests only. Pool is equipped with 3 bar-b-q's and 2 cabana huts to get away from the sun. Pool side is a large patch of grass were picnics and games can be held.
$300 security deposit which includes a $75 cleaning fee. Once verified that everything is left in acceptable conditions $225 will be returned.
Low-Season prices: 1,000 weekly/ 3,000 monthly
High-Season prices: 1,500 weekly/4,000 monthly
