The apartment that we offer is situated in the sought after zone from the visitors of Rome: Trastevere.

We have served from a very frequent public service and to low cost that quickly connects us with the airport of Fiumicino (every 15 min.), with the national railway stations, with the historical center in Rome (every 5 min), and with the famous basilicas and museums in Rome.

The evening and for the whole night, Trastevere, Testaccio and the center in Rome it is a continuous to follow him of public animations (and therefore free) and local open.

The surrounding streets (avenue Marconi particularly) is famous for the purchases of the made_in_italy, also of luxury.

The apartment is inserted in a context condominiale composed of 2 staircases of 5 floors every and you/he/she has served from the services centralized of elevator and heating: we am to the 2° floor.

The whole lodging, recently restructured, it is composed of entry (where an armchair is present read and angle cooking endowed with refrigerator), of a great bath with tub, and of a matrimonial room with great closet to wall, used balconcino.

We also have us very small children, therefore the families that need bunk from camping, will be endowed with this "accessory" essential, but bulky.
The whole laundry is included as some accessories (phone, Iron from I stretch, stendino for laundry)

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

For my apartment fares are (from 2007):

* for 1 or 2 people : 70,00€/nights 450,00€/week
* for 3 people : 80,00€/nights 500,00€/week
* for 4 people: 90,00€/nights 580,00€/week (4th bed, normally, is for younger people)
* 1 child/baby up to 10 years - FREE (I can to make available babycot)

In price are included :

* Normal cleaning (before and after you)
* Consumption (electricity / water /...)
* Are given clean sheets and towels
* There are no additional costs (tax/....)
