This home is riverfront, right on the Russian River in a clearing of the redwood forest in Sonoma County - in a dream setting with drop-dead views, sun, meadows, lawn, giant redwoods, ornamental, fruit trees, gardens, roses, flowers galore... you won't believe the flowers, wildlife, a multitude of birds (ospreys, blue herons, hawks, pelicans, hummingbirds, robins, flickers) and the only pesky bugs are the many butterflies!

This riverfront, custom, fully-equipped redwood and glass 4 bedroom (including large loft) 3 1/2 bath home sleeps 8. Dock & 4 double kayaks included to fully enjoy the Russian River!

The house is newly and luxuriously furnished including new Large Hot Tub, 12 skylights, sofa sectionals and comfortable chairs to lounge comfortably by the fireplace. The living area has a vaulted ceiling and home theatre system with cable HD 47" Samsung LED TV and Blue Ray/DVD/CD. Master bedroom has 32" LCD DVD and 2nd bedroom has 23" LCD DVD. A desk with high speed broadband Internet access is included. There is a large dining table inside and furniture outdoors as well.

Large, 1300 square ft. sunny redwood decks have a large luxurious outdoor living room set with seating for all, a large octagonal dining table & new Tuscany gas grill and charcoal grill.

The master bedroom suite has a fireplace, 32" LCD, a parlor w/ gas wood stove, waterfall, 3 skylights, its own deck w/ another waterfall overlooking a redwood grove & full bathroom. The second bedroom has a fireplace, 23" LCD DVD, and direct full bathroom access. 3rd bedroom has direct full bathroom access. The master has a queen bed, second bedroom has a queen, 3rd bedroom has 2 twins and 4th bedroom has 2 queens. All beds are in great condition for a restful nights sleep.

12 skylights make this home bright and cheery by day and a stargazer's delight by night! And there's a spectacular view of the riverfront, trees, lawn, and gardens through a wall of glass from the living and dining areas.

All bedrooms have luxury furnishings and linens, bathroom access, individual heaters and thermostats, skylights, large closets with generous shelves, chairs, and tables. Beds have blankets, pillows and bedspreads. Luxury linens and towels are included.

The loft and living areas are brightened by two large skylights for nighttime stargazing framed by 200 foot high redwoods! The living, dining and kitchen have full-length river view and fireplace.

All new river view kitchen has granite counters and marble floor, cherry cabinetry, all new stainless Maytag appliances: large fridge, separate wine chiller, convection oven, (there's a large Tuscany gas grill and a charcoal grill on the deck), professional 5 burner gas stove, dishwasher, instant boiling water, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, espresso maker, coffee grinder, blender, crock pot, comprehensive array of kitchen implements, Fiesta ware service for all and more, and complete cookware. The home also has a large Maytag clothes washer and dryer.

Many indoor board games are included. Many outdoor sports games can be checked out for an additional deposit: Outdoor pro table tennis, volleyball, badminton, "Big Mouth" pillow toss, pro darts.

A small grocery store and free public tennis courts are just one-quarter mile (five minute) walk. The large free public beach with water sport rentals is an 8 minute walk. A large 24 hour supermarket is an 8 minute drive. There are three great restaurants within 10 minutes' walk. Championship Golf at Bodga Dunes (Oceanfront) or in the meadows between Giant Redwoods!

Other Activities: This is on the Russian River, in Sonoma County and nearby Napa Valley... Rental Policy

Must be 28 to rent. No parties, pets, smoking, or loud noise. Quiet hours 10 pm- 8 am. Occupancy limited to number booked day and night. Rates subject to change until booked. All reservations final. Sonoma Co. TOT #457N.

Arrival Times

4 pm. (5 pm if prior guests check out same day). Check out time: 11 am. (10 am if other guests arrive same day).

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates INCLUDE linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen, broadband wireless internet, cable with most premium channels, etc. Add 9% tax. $160 cleaning.

Occupancy limited to 8 persons including children at all times. Toddlers/very young children not recommended.


Nov 1- March 31: Late Checkout or 3rd Night FREE (Except holidays). $1995/week. $795/2 night weekend, $349/weeknight (Sun- Thu). 4 night minimum Thanksgiving. Some Jan/Feb/Mar holidays 3 night minimum.

April 1- May 24: $2395/week, $795/2 night weekend, $349/weeknight (Sun- Thu). 2 night minimum.

May 25- Sep 30: $2695/week, $995/2 night weekend, $399/weeknight (Sun- Thu). 3 night minimum May 25- June 28 and Sep 3- Sep 30. Week minimum June 29- Sep 2 unless there are only fewer nights available, please see availability calendar.

Oct 1- Oct 31: $2395/week, $795/2 night weekend, $349/weeknight (Sun- Thu). 3 night minimum.
