Rental Policy

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 30 days or less in advance of the scheduled arrival date will receive a reservation certificate. This certificate is good for 1 year from the scheduled arrival date. We will not assume responsibility for road conditions to and from The Lodge during inclement weather. We do not refund due to road conditions.

Arrival Times

Check in time is 3:00 pm & check out time is 11:00 am. Early check in/late check out is often available so please ask first.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

General rates are $295/night for weekdays Labor Day - Memorial Day and $595/night for weekends. Minimum stay of 2 nights.

Security deposit: All reservations will require a fully refundable $300.00 security deposit for any potential damages due at the time of check-in. This deposit will be returned by personal check and mailed within 7 days of the check-out date. Additional security might be requested at the discretion of the owners based on any number of factors including, but not limited to, the number of guests, age of guests, and pets.
