Sleeps 12. Charming 17th century Manoir, 5 acres of private landscaped gardens, large heated swimming pool, sole use of all facilities. Close to Lac de Guerledan, 5 mins to nearest town 40 mins to bueatiful Emerald coast.

Property Details

The accommodation is suitable for families with young children through to teenagers or groups of friends looking for something a little bit special. The Manoir is furnished with comfort and elegance in mind, a mixture of local antique and modern furniture, making it a stylish and supremely comfortable home in which to unwind. It has been decorated throughout with a traditional French feel, and whilst it offers every modern convenience with everything you would expect to find in your own home including Wi-Fi internet access and UK Satellite TV (freeview), it boasts many original features such as exposed beams, stripped floorboards, terracotta tiled floors and an original open fire place with wood burning stove. We also have plenty of facilities on site to keep everybody entertained including a snooker table and table tennis, bicycles, a childrens play area which includes a trampoline, climbing frame, swings and slides.

Rental Policy

A Deposit of 25% of the rental value is payable at the time of making a firm booking.

The balance is payable eight weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.

If a booking is made within 8 weeks of the rental period then full payment is required.

A refundable Security Deposit of £200 is payable with the final payment. This will be returned to your bank account at the end of your stay less any damage.

Arrival Times

Changeover day is Saturday, although this is flexible in low season. Arrival after 4pm, departure by 10am.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

For Christmas and New year Bookings the Manoir will be traditionally decorated, which (along with the feature fire place and wood burning stove roaring away) will create a wonderful festive setting.
