Villa Rocce is a charmy stone house with a splendid view on famous umbrian hills. Is realy a house as children will draw, simply cute and easy to live in.

The house a very large full equipped kitchen with a big open fire. The salon is very particulary with sail volts sailing and it has sofa , armchairs TV SAT, DVD, gyn stuf, and the dining area. Next to the living room there is a study with internet connection . There is also a very useful storageroom with washing machine. Upstaris there are 4 bedrooms with king size bed . All the rooms a very cozy bathroom ensuite.
