$2,079.00 to $2,800.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

An initial deposit of 30% for bookings in Low and High Season or 50% for bookings in Peak Season of the Condo rental together with the completed Guest Reservation Form must be received by Owner before a confirmation can be issued.

CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, Owner must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. The following cancellation charges will be payable and any refunds will exclude bank charges and other expenses related to the transaction: More than 30 days before arrival date: 25% of full price will be non-refundable. 30 days to 16 days before commencement date of the contract: 50% of the full price becomes non refundable. Less than 15 days before commencement date of the contract: 100% of the full price becomes non refundable. Note: Deposits will be reinstated if a new rental period is secured within three months of original letting date.
