FANGER ESTATES a private compound on the beach, is currently accepting 2009 reservations for a new 6,200sq ft, 6 bedroom home and a new 3,200sq ft, 4 bedroom home.

Recession Rates are $1,500-$3,000 per night or $7,500-$14,000 per week for the 6,200sq ft home and 1,000-$2,000 per night or $5,000-$10,000 per week for the 3,200sq ft home. Rates vary based on season and time of booking. The one story homes are set 40’ from the shoreline and have 180 degree views of the ocean.

• The house is completely furnished with elegant living room set, large dining table, new beds and mattresses, bedroom sets, office desks breakfast nook, and much more.

• The homes comfortably sleep up to 16 people in the 6 bedroom home and 14 people in the 4 bedroom home.

• Panoramic windows in each of the living rooms, dining rooms and master bedrooms all face the ocean.

• The modern kitchen (with professional gas/stove/oven) faces the ocean with outside connecting bar

• The property is located in 4.3 acres with only two residences on it. It has 6’ lava wall on three sides, and private gate.

The property has 60 mature coconut trees with 80 other indigenous Hawaiian trees and shrubs located in a park like setting. As you drive through the massive gate you enter a new island world with beautiful vegetation, local birds and a soft ocean breeze.

The 6,200 square foot newly built luxury mansion has a 30’ by 50’ Grand Room with 51’ of 9’ 6” high circular windows 40’ from the waters edge. This Grand Room has 20’ vaulted ceilings that have a cathedral like effect and is perfect for a wedding ceremony. As you look through these massive windows out on to the Pacific Ocean with palm trees swaying and the surf breaking you know that this memory will be with you forever.

The estate works perfectly for having a wedding ceremony, reception and even honeymoon. The mansion seats up to 70 for a wedding ceremony in the Grand Room or up to 200 in the grounds if the wedding ceremony is outside. The mansion can seat up to 60 people for an inside dinner or up to 200 for an outside dinner. Six elegant bedrooms are available for family living space along with bride and groom preparation. There is a large kitchen with a commercial double oven, six burner stove and large refrigerator and freezer. The house has five conveniently located bathrooms and plenty of parking.

The estate is perfect for many types of weddings. An elegant affair or a traditional Hawaiian wedding with Luau, Hawaiian music, hula and fire dancers and much more. The most important day of your life can be tailored to include everything you have dreamed about and even more all done at a very reasonable price.

The estates’ park like grounds are meticulously maintained and a great place to take a walk or let the children play or explore. The shoreline in front and adjacent to the property a white beach stretching for ½ mile with tide pools, reefs and a great place to swim, wade, surf, sunbath or just take a walk or run. If you want to take a hike in the Hawaiian mountains there are trails just .5 miles from the property that snake through the cannons and valleys and end up on the ridge overlooking the estate and Pacific Ocean. The hike with flowers, dense forests and Hawaiian vegetation is a great place to reflect see nature at its best or just get some exercise.
