My one-bedroom condominium is in an ocean front resort with heated pool in the preferred non-driving beach zone, and has a peek of the ocean and sunset view from the private balcony which faces south for warm southern exposure in the winter months.

Property Details

My one-bedroom plus bonus "bunk room" sleeps up to four guests. It's located at Seacoast Gardens III, 4153 South Atlantic Avenue #515 on the top 5th floor right near the elevator and laundry facilities. It's within a two block walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The resort is oceanfront with two olympic size pools (one heated to perfection), two kiddie pools, shuffleboard, clubhouse, and large oceanfront lounging deck.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a walk-in closet and french door to the balcony. The living room has a queen-size sleeper, and there is a little bonus bunk room across from the kitchen with a twin bed perfect for my "pint size" guests. The blue sky and white fluffy clouds in this children's room can make them very sleepy at bed time which is a good thing...and after dark the stars come out and glow on the ceiling.

This beautifully decorated condo has all new upgraded appliances. It's bold "Key West" pastels and plantation shutters welcome you in. The floors are tiled throughout the main area and carpeted in the bedroom. It has free phone service, Cable TV/VCR/DVD in the living room and bedroom.

Rent is payable on day of arrival in form of Cashier's Check, Money Order, Travelers' Check or cash
