Our vacation property is located on a secluded, two-acre lot overlooking Cape Cod National Seashore. The main house, which has been featured in a national magazine and two books, enjoys views of sunsets, and even a peek 7-mile distant Provincetown from its rooftop deck. The informal guest house is just down a short trail from the Main house. This air-conditioned home has a finely crafted hardwood interior and is perfect for a couple, a small family, or as a "space of our own" for older children. It is available separately or, for the best value, with the main house.
The Laurel is in one of the most attractive areas in Truro (The Pamet), convenient to Truro center (1 mile), Cape Cod Bay (1.3 miles) and the Atlantic Ocean (2.3 miles). Neighboring Provincetown and Wellfleet are packed with shops, galleries, museums, and restaurants. There are water sports, all kinds of fishing, whale-watching opportunities, great biking and hiking trails, and the most beautiful beaches on the East Coast.
Just bring yourself! We supply bed and bath linens, beach chairs, and more. In the main house the kitchen is nicely appointed and fully equipped; there’s a full-size washer-dryer, screened porch, whirlpool bath, picnic table, gas and charcoal grills and an outdoor shower…with a view. Enjoy quality audio/video system with DVD/CD, satellite TV and PC computer in both houses.
Rental Policy
50% reservation deposit with balance due 30 days prior to stay. $500 security Deposit.
Cancellation: Refund rental fee (less 15%) only if subsequently booked

Off-Season (10/15/11-5/25/12 except Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Main House: $975 or $600 minimum for up to 3-nights; Guest House: $700 or $450 minimum for up to 3-nights; Both Houses: $1275 or $850 for up to 3 nights. Email for holidays rates stating desired dates and number of people.
2012 SEASON
High-Season (6/23 to 8/24)
Main House: $2500; Guest House: $1400; Both Houses: $3500
Low-Seasons (5/26 to 6/22 & 8/25 to 10/19)
Main House: $1500; Guest House: $1000 Both Houses: $2100
Off-Season (10/20/12 to 5/24/13, except Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Security Deposit
We require a $500 security deposit (see our Rental Agreement for details)
