From the moment you arrive and look out past the huge LL Bean Hammock and stand of tall pines to the glistening waterfront you will be hoping your vacation doesn't end! Inside, two crisp white modern walls combine with two traditional tongue and groove pine walls to give you "bright and cheerful" along with "that cottage smell" that can't be found in the best air freshener! One bedroom has a bunk bed and cot, the other "master bedroom" boasts waterfront views and a full sized innerspring futon. This room can be privatized in the evening with a huge vinyl folding wall or opened up during the day to promote light and air flow. The daybed in the living room corner can be used as a couch during the day, and sleeping spot for a 6th guest at night. While the place is compact--just under 500 sq ft-- it is well laid out for a small family such as our own and does not ever feel crowded--even when our tub of dinosaurs as well as board games and art supplies are spread far and wide! There is a modern kitchen with full sized table and a breakfast bar plus a double picnic table outside for your dining or card playing pleasure. The BBQ grill is always ready on the deck, and the sandy bottomed/no drop-off swimming area next to the 12 foot dock is so close you can keep an eye on the kids from almost any spot inside or outside the cabin! Bring your own motor boat or jet ski or use our huge canoe. The frontage is on an outlet of Lake Annabassacook, and a public boat launch is just one mile from our property. Rental Policy

50% deposit at time of reservation. $200 damage deposit plus final 50% due at least 7 days prior to arrival. Overnight visitors only with prior approval

After 3pm on Saturdays; Departure by 12 noon on Saturdays

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Minimum stay in July and August--one week. Rent for 3 weeks, get 4th week free. Minimum stay in June and Sept --2 nights
