Master up with huge sitting area/TV, etc. and sofa/chairs, with covered porch overlooking mountain, and deck overlooking waterway, down has other sleeping with living, dining, full kitchen, and 2 of the baths, laundry and another TV/living room area and of course Fireplace. Has total of 4 porches/decks and one is swinging, another is rocking and dining out. Home is app. 1500 SQ Ft. with Central HVAC but we have a fireplace for ambiance. We are a 4 season property. Enjoy all.

Come enjoy this beautfiul area in Western N.C and our home will only ad to it's charm. Oh yes, we must mention that we are on acreage, very private and have the water in our front door, not across or down from the propery. 500 plus feet of waterway on our land, plus both sides water.

Fish, play in the cool water, just listen to the music of the water over the rocks.
