Other local attractions in New Smyrna Beach include the scenic Lighthouse at Ponce Inlet, Turtle Mound at Canaveral National Seashore (a protected bird sanctuary), Sugar Mill Ruins, Movie Theater, outstanding golf courses, kayaking and bicycle rentals.

Many outdoor Art & Craft shows throughout the year. Old car shows one Saturday each month. Farmers Market downtown each Saturday. Ponce Inlet Lighthouse where you an climb 203 steps to the top. The view is breathtaking. Great restaurants a short walk or drive from the townhouse.

One-time Cleaning Fee $75.00 - No refunds on early departures.
* Security Deposit -- $300.00 - No refunds for damages or cancellations less than 30 days.
12.5% Florida Resort Tax will be added to monthly rates.

Check-in: 2:30-5:00 pm and Check-out by 10:00 am.
