Property Details

Dune Bug is a beautiful fully equipped beach house located between the Gulf of Mexico and the Mobile Bay located in a private sub-division on the Gulf.

The bedrooms include 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, bunks and a day bed along with air mattresse.

A wonderful place to bring your family and/or friends to enjoy the peace and serenity of this area. Very family friendly in an area that has no major cross streets to worry about. Great for swimming, biking, hiking, fishing and golfing, sun bathing and watching extraordinary sun sets.
Long walks on the beach down to the Fort are a must and along the way collect shells to remember your vacation. While walking you may catch a glimpse of the dolphins playing in the Gulf.

The house has TV's in each bedroom plus the great room. DVD player, CD player, VCR in Great room.
The house has high speed internet access.

There is a Weber charcoal grill under the house.

Sheets and bath towels and dish towels are provided as well as a washer/dryer. Available parking under the house for 4 cars.

There is a Marina and restaurant across the road. You may park your boat at the Marina and/or sign up for a charter fishing boat for the day.

There is a community pool and hot tub 5 houses down from Dune Bug. There is also an additional pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and exercise room located in the Dunes Condos adjacent to The Dunes which our guests may use.

For the golfers there are 2 wonderful golf courses just minutes away -- Kiva Dunes and Peninsula.

4:00 p.m. and check out no later than 10:00 a.m.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates may vary according to time of year. A $300 security/damage deposit is always required and refundable after departure and cleaning. If additional cleaning is required the cost may be deducted from the deposit. $150 non-refundable deposit for pet.

Minimum stay is 2 nights during the spring and winter and 4 night stay during the summer.
