We are a short 15 minute drive from the beach. Lots of sunshine. We see the ocean EVERY day, as many of the stores and restaurants you go to are on a road that runs next to the ocean.

Encinitas is a very quaint village, with really interesting funky beach shops, lots of shopping, restaurants, sidewalk cafes and people watching. It's a beach town that is really hopping all year round. Close to Del Mar, Carlsbad, La Jolla, Cardif-by-the-Sea, Leucadia and Downtown San Diego - Museums, Galleries, Golfing, Biking, Surfing, Boating, (Mission Bay, Old Town (great Mexican Food), Pacific Beach and San Clemete are just a half hour away).

This area is THE PLACE where people come to vacation. It is 45 minutes from Mexico, 2 hours from Los Angeles all by car. We are also 45 minutes from Temecula with Vineyards, 'Tasting Rooms' and Dinner with Live Jazz events. Ophellia Vineyards, an award wining winery, is only 15 minutes from the estate.
