This beautiful holiday home is fully equipped including your private Jacuzzi. It offers luxury, convenience and a touch of Ancient Egyptian magic transported into the tropics at an affordable price.

The secure 4 house compound is set in a peaceful oasis right between the most popular places in Samui: Chaweng beach (3km) and Bophut Fisherman's Village (4km). You will find the best beach on the island with its exciting nightlife spots in Chaweng. Bophut boasts many stylish restaurants and a quiet beach with wonderful view of next door island. All 3 of Samui's shopping malls are conveniently within 5 min drive (2km). There are some Thai food stalls/restaurants within the walking distance. The closest 7-eleven 24h convenience store is only 320m away.

Each modern house boasts 170 sqm of living space comprising of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with skylights plus powder room, 2 plant filled atriums, European kitchen with granite bench tops and large living/dinning. Your private 2 person Jacuzzi with the mountain views is located on the main bedroom terrace!

The communal 12 x 6 m salt water pool is set in a beautiful tropical garden. The pool features a waterfall in black stone that is fringed by statues of Sphinx. The under-water Ancient Egyptian Cross of Life - Ankh energises the water that is meant to bring extra health benefits if not quite an eternal life to the swimmers.

Apart from beautiful furniture the villas are euipped with 42" and 32" flat panel LCD TV's, entertainment systems, white goods and everything else to make you feel at home right away.

Extras: Free airport pick-up and send-off. Free fruit basket and water, milk, coffee, tea on arrival.

Service: Cleaning, linen change twice weekly. Housekeeping 24h, Travel advise 24h

The privacy and tranquility of the villas around must be respected at all times.
A refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your reservation (deposit to be paid via Swift bank transfer to our Thai Bank account)
The balance of total rental amount is due on arrival
Cancellation policy: 60+ days prior to arrival date - 100% refund of deposit. Less than 60+ days prior to arrival date 0% refund of deposit. The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. Cancellation fee of 1000 THB applies.
A refundable security deposit for potential breakages is 10,000 THB (200 Euro) and is payable on arrival
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the Villa management and administrative fee of 1000 THB.
