Our one bedroom oceanfront condo sleeps 2-4 with a king size bed, one full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (I'll make sure we have bottled water and a blender for marguarita's), living room with full size Murphy bed, ocean view terrace, a/c.

Worldmark Coral Baja is an RCI gold crown rated, 5-star fully equipped Beachfront Resort in San Jose del Cabo. This spacious
resort's facilities include a very large swimming pool with swim up bar, an on-site SPA, two Jacuzzi's, a lighted tennis court, 9 hole putting green, fabulous beachside restaurant with nightly entertainment, mini market and other stores, a gym, 24 hour front desk and concierge.

Close to town and on the busline.

Car rental is available on site, if needed.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Summer Special:

Short Notice - 10% discount if booked 30 days or less prior to arrival.

June 2008 - October 2008: $125 - $140 per night (4 night minimum) or $800 per week.

October 2008 - November 2008: $130 - $150 per night (4 night minimum)
or $850 per week.

Nov. 2008 - May 2009: $150 - $175 per night (4 night minimum) or $1000 - $1100 per week, excluding Christmas and New Years week.

Please note: I also have a two bedroom available for rent at
Mykonos and a three bedroom penthouse at the Coral Baja Resort - please inquire for current rates.
