Rates are as follows and vary with the season. We will accommodate a maximum of 6 people and offer a package deal if rented weekly.

Fall/Winter (Sept.1st - March 31st) - $390.00 per night/$2340.00 per week
Summer/Spring (April 1st - August 30th) - $290.00 per night/$1740.00 per week

Holiday Schedule

Fourth of July - $450.00 per night (2 night's min.)/$2250.00 per week
Thanksgiving - $450.00 per night (5 night's min.)/$2250.00 per week
Christmas (Dec. 22nd - Jan. 2nd) - $500.00 per night/$3800.00 for 10 Days
